Organisation


When I am organised I:

  • am more in control of my life
  • am more at peace
  • am healthier
  • am happier
  • eat better
  • am less stressed
  • exercise more
  • have role recognition
  • save money
  • am more creative
  • am able to be creative
  • have more energy
  • have more time
  • am always ready to go out
  • sleep better
  • can come home and relax
  • really do relax
  • can spend more time on what's really important

There is no one-size-fits-all approach for anything. We all have different personalities, different life experiences, and different ways of functioning well. Sometimes we just have to try a few ideas on and see what fits us best.

If you are already using a system that works, keep using it! Don't try to begin a new system with all new habits unless the old system isn't working for you. If parts of your current system are working for you, keep them and add to them.

Always ask: "Is there a better way?"

Keep an open mind! You never know when you might come across an idea you can use.
